Before joining the KTH in Sweden, I worked my way up from store clerk to the manager for the clothing consortium L Train Vintage in New York. Here, I created a position for a Graphic Designer by proving the importance of design and visual communication to the brand. I then moved from manager to Graphic Designer, and in this position, I was required to multitask and work on tight deadlines. Besides creating ads and web design, I assisted in the construction and planning of three stores, from the interior layout to the exterior presentation. I also have an eye for trends, having selected clothing styles that helped the company better connect with their customers.

As an editor and proofreader, I collaborated with architects, journalists, academics, and poets. My time here enriched my multitasking and teamwork skills. Färgfabriken deepened my understanding of how the structure of the built environment influences the structure of a culture and society.
