My name is Jihad Haddad, Architect from Lebanon/Beirut.

I have been practicing this lovely job for the last 29 years where I did projects of all disciplines at many places ,Lebanon,UAE,KSA,Tanzania,Nigeria,Georgia...etc

Below are the things I have been doing on a daily/monthly....basis:

• Lead the creative team efforts on client projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies. I was the key to managing existing client relationships and developing new ones. • Lead architects and interior designers efforts that include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning and construction documentation  • Advise on the selection and presentation of furniture, furniture systems, fabrics, equipment (FF&E), color palettes, and lighting ,not to mention facades and finishing materials. • Supervise the generation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction  • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts  • Work with external consultants ( control bureau, MEP and structure), product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators  • Mentor and provide creative direction to Architects and interior design teams  • Act as the primary architecture and Interior design interface with clients and consultants  • Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy  • Participate in business development and marketing efforts
