As an architecture student I have actively sought to expose myself to many different styles of design and work processes. In career as a student, I sought to understand the core principles of design and the fundamentals of design philosophy. I’ve familiarized myself with computer design industry standards such as AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, and Photoshop and I am proficient in all of these. During my architectural thesis, I studied the relationship society has with history and culture through monuments, and am intensely interested in the relationship people have with iconic architecture. I have also served in the local chapter of Alpha Rho Chi, the professional fraternity for architecture and the allied arts, being elected by my peers to serve in various roles, including Vice President.
