Summary of Actual Duties and responsibilities:
 Responsible for the production of initial site development plans and later on develop the
overall Master Plan Development; Plan out conceptual plans which in turn develop into
detailed Architectural and MEPF-A Plans; Preparation of initial project cost and estimates,
as well as Detailed Estimates; Preparation of Bidding Plans and Documents.
 Ocular site supervision and inspection for site related projects.
 Also responsible for giving my lower subordinates (Architectural Interns) their daily and
weekly tasks; monitor the progress of each project and filtering all the progress before I
give an update to our Principal Architect for further recommendation and instructions.
Regular coordination meeting with my co-Architects for smooth project updates.
 Direct coordination with Structural and MEPF-A Engineers.
 Space planning for various building types which includes Residential, Commercial,
Institutional, Subdivisions, Hotels and Condominiums, Offices and Public and Recreational
Spaces.
 Prepare presentations for client meetings using Microsoft Powerpoint and Apple Keynote.
