Under the Project Team Manager’s direction created a complete set of Fit Out Plans, Schematic Design Set, Design Review Set, Coastal Review Planning Verification Set, Structural Set, Manufacturing State Permit Set, Local Permit Set, Bid Set, and Site Construction Set Drawings for three single-family residences by customizing existing design models. Two houses were fire rebuilds in Malibu. One house was located in El Cerrito, CA. All drawings were done in REVIT. Drawing sets include full plans, elevations, sections, MEP plans, firesprinkler plans and various schedules. Code research, analysis and recommendations were made for all three houses including State and Local Permit Responses in regards to code compliance requirements.
