Developed presentation drawings for clients. Design development and 3D modeling using Rhino. AutoCAD drafting. 3D modeling for the purpose of virtual reality representation. Projects typically consisted of hillside, high end residential homes. Gained knowledge in project representation and the importance of developing strong relationships with clients.

Organize drawings and documents for Project Manager site visits. Obtain as-built drawings and project warranties. Develop post-construction, project closeout packages.
