I have more than 16 years of experience in the design and development fields, and a passion for sustainability and human health in the built environment. In my current position, I provide financial analysis and project management, coordinate the work of the design and development team, direct in-house landscape architectural work, and assist with both business and human resource development. When I'm not crunching numbers or doing market research, I try to escape to the mountains for hiking and camping adventures, or to one of the many live performance venues DC offers.
I hold a Master's degree in Commercial Real Estate from Georgetown University with a concentration in commercial development, and a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech with a minor in horticulture. I have been a professionally licensed landscape architect (PLA) since 2005, am a LEED Green Associate, and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

The program is built around a 4-credit studio course each semester for the first 4 years, followed with a year-long (8 credit) senior project, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding and application of landscape architecture fields of study.
