I am an architectural designer relocating to NYC in May 2019. As a 6th generation architect in my family and with a passion for architecture and design – I am looking to take what I have gained in knowledge and experience in the past six years and apply it in a position where I can contribute to a company and a team, make the right design decisions, and continue to grow as an architect, designer, and human being.
JSK Architectural Group, Miami, FL, US, Assistant Project Manager
· Developed as-built drawings of commercial space in Coral Gables and coordinated with engineers to develop the construction documents to submit for permitting. I oversaw responding to the General Contractor’s RFI’s and approving submittals. The project is now occupied by the tenant.
· Developed the construction documents for the interior alterations of an existing office space the Miami International Airport to be turned into the future TSA offices. Coordinated the project alongside the project manager from the airport facilities department, TSA officials in charge of the development of the project, and the engineering consultants. The project is now in the permitting process at the building department.
· Managed the construction administration of various projects ranging from commercial to airport concourses, to public housing building repairs and alterations.
· Developed BOMA calculations for various commercial locations for developers seeking to rent out their commercial spaces to future tenants.
· Developed drawing set for a commercial space application to the Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board.
· Developed construction documents for various other projects and facilitated the permitting process by addressing plan reviewers’ comments to make sure the projects get permitted.
Kobi Karp Architecture and Interior Design, Miami, FL, US, CAD Drafter
· Assisted the project manager in completing drawings for the design development phase, which included over 40 AutoCAD drawings, for a residential building in Surfside, Miami, Florida.
· Assisted the project manager on a historical hotel restoration project located in El Paso, TX. I worked on design development drawings, concentrating on the demolition plans and reflected ceiling plans.
· Performed other numerous tasks for multiple projects consisting of AutoCAD drawings for marketing and construction purposes.

· Facilitated client meetings and assisted in the interior design process of residential projects (i.e. chose materials for projects, focused on kitchen/bathroom materials and fixtures, and picked furniture)
Yoshino Architects, Boca Raton, FL, US, CAD Drafter
· Assisted principal architect and project manager in drafting the working drawings of three private residential houses in Boca Raton, Florida from schematic design to construction documents.
· Attended client meetings with principal architect, picked out finishes, and assisted him in resolving project complications and taking the project forward into competition (i.e. differences of opinion in design between client/architect)
