About 

Giselle graduated from the Pennsylvania State University Bachelor of Architecture program, and is currently living and working in NYC. She is a WELL accredited professional and is committed to creating a better built environment for the people who live in it. Believing that everyone deserves good design. Giselle primarily creates with Revit and the Adobe Creative suite, but enjoys hand sketching as the basis of her design work. Giselle is working on licensure to become one of the first 500 Black Female architecture in the US.

John F. Kennedy Int’l Airport Terminal 4 Delta Sky Club Upgrades | Redesign | 6,000 SF:
Completely redesigned Delta’s lobby space at their JFK Sky Club. Expanded their outdoor space as well as their restrooms. Oversaw construction administration and met regularly on site with project team. Responded to RFIs and submittals using Procore. Worked on a team to complete all documentation and project deliverables. Liaised with engineers, consultants, and vendors. Submitted TCAP documents to the PANYNJ.

JCDecaux Advertisement Implementation at LaGuardia CTB | Ground Up | 310,000 SF:
Coordinated with JCDecaux’s team to design and implement advertising throughout the LaGuardia Central Terminal Building Redevelopment from the project’s conception in 2017. Created and presented design options to the clients. Digitally modeled and created all documentation for all three phases of the project. Liaised with engineers and other consultants to meet project deliverables. Oversaw construction administration including reviewing RFIs and submittals, and regularly attended meetings with contractors.

LaGuardia Airport Reconfiguration Project Delta Airlines | Ground Up | 4,000,000 SF:
Oversaw the detailing, modeling, and documentation for key design elements of the project. Studied and implemented design changes throughout its early stages for Concourse G and the Headhouse.

Programmed as well as performed documentation for the early phases of the LGA Airfield Reconfiguration Project. Submitted Tenant Alteration applications to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Specified Materials and created standards for all restrooms at Delta Airlines airport terminals. Modeled and detailed in Revit.

Worked on the Corporate Interiors, Data Centers, and Aviation teams on various projects. Rendered design proposals with the Adobe Creative Suite. Also corresponded with vendors.
