About

I'm a passionate savvy minded soul with unlimited creativity and vision for anything I lay my hands on! My passion for design and creating interactive structures has been growing within me for as long as I can remember, my studies taught me more about my love and enthusiasm for human interaction as well as enhancing my communication skills, problem solving techniques, and time & stress management. I'm a fast learner and everything I lack in experience I make up for with hard work, to show beyond doubt what challenges I can take.

HYMAR Development, engineering department, Khartoum, SD, Architectural assistant/ Intern

Assisted the lead architect in managing clients, documents and schedules as well as working on several proposals for sewage systems in Khartoum, Sudan.
Always made sure clients had a way to provide feedback, I was never be able to get in front of every customer issue, so to make sure I learned about the good, the bad, and the ugly experience my clients had, I always created an easily accessible way for them to give feedback, like a simple phone or an email survey

AGC Engineering Works, Khartoum, SD, Trainee

Worked on several design proposals with clients for Khartoum international airport in Sudan with a high level of creativity, imagination and vision.
Identified a common ground-like shared interests-with the clients. Having this point of understanding made conflict easier to overcome by humanizing the relationship, and it endeared clients to our company
Made sure I conveyed to customers exactly what I meant, avoiding our clients thinking they're getting 50% off when they're actually getting 50% more product. I always used authentically positive language, stayed cheerful no matter what and never ended a conversation without confirming a client is satisfied.
