Eric Spencer is an architectural designer and the New York-based development director at Ennead Architects LLP. Responsible for the firm's domestic commercial outreach, he is also a leader in developing the firm’s Asia practice across sectors through Ennead's Shanghai office. A New Yorker for almost 25 years, he lived and worked in Beijing for four years for MAD Architects and the China Architecture Design & Research Group. He was previously finance director and campaign manager for Representative Carolyn B. Maloney of New York. Spencer received a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and a BA from New York University (NYU), Gallatin School of Individualized Study. An active member of the ULI and multiple civic organizations, he is a District Leader for the 73rd Assembly District on Manhattan, Part C on the Upper East Side.
