-Control, supervision and direct impact in the Store Business. Knowledge of all the sales parameters, the environment and daily situation, and with the ability to create specific strategies and gameplans to maximize profit and benefit.
-Supervision of the employees and the sales floor. Leading a work team of more than 30 peopleand sometimes more than 50, controlling and ensuring that employees maintain the company and brand quality standards, managing human resources for maximum optimization of the company’s activity.
-Driving interviews for hiring staff in the store. Human Resources tasks.
-Operational tasks of the store, from control of the maintenance to setting up new technological devices and installing store resources, delivery of merchandise in store, loss prevention tasks and directions, as well as addressing health and safety issues and prevention.
-Ensure excellent Customer Service as the main objective, as well as compliance with the brand's high quality standards.
-Direct communication with superiors, contractors and any other company staff or employees.
