MASTERcrit 2016 was formatted as a studio and charette over the course of 72 hours. Andrew Zago joined us as the MASTERcritic and presented his prompt titled "Big Dumb Buildings". Over the course of the weekend we discussed topics such as posture, presence, modes of operation, urbanity, scale, as well as, consumption, commercialism, and media. We investigated the popular villain Godzilla, and his role within the city as well as himself.
