Site Surveying / Evaluation:
Documentation of the existing conditions of a project site, using photography, field verification of measurements and hand sketching.

Schematic Design:
I strategize a design parti in order to visualize the desired outcome. I then coordinate the design to ensure it's compliance with local / state building codes and zoning ordinances.

Design Development:
In this Phase, the project is further developed by compiling critical construction views and details. At this point I also begin to coordinate with the building department and other engineering disciplines.

Construction Documentation:
In this Phase, I am full steam ahead at creating construction views, schedules, detailing and further coordination with other engineering disciplines.

Bidding & Negotiations:
During this phase, I work with potential contractors conducting site walk through's, further evaluation, coordinating addendum updates and answering any RFI's.

Construction Evaluation:
During this phase, I work with the general contractors to determine if the built work is in compliance with our design intent, coordinating changes through change orders and addenda updates.

Building Information Modeling (B.I.M.):
I take a lead role in creating 3-Dimensional models. These detailed models are used for visualization purposes then transitioned for the project development and construction document phases.
