I graduated in May 2018 with a degree in Master of Science, Advanced Architectural Design at Columbia University, Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation (GSAPP). Before that, I got the degree in Bachelor of Architecture at Southeast University, China.   

Throughout my college career, I have received quite different educations on architecture. My undergraduate education is very rigorous, focusing on structure, material, tectonic details and quality of space. I need to work hard on accurate drawings and making physical models. For another, my work in Columbia GSAPP focus more on how architecture is connected to the world, it requires me on thinking of creative ideas. The different ways of learning help me develop comprehensive abilities in architecture. During the past 6 years, I had several internships, participated in 7 projects in different teams. I learned how to cooperate with different people and adapt to various roles in a team. Now I am good at conception design, making physical models, rendering, and tectonic studies.
