 Oversaw three residential construction projects for Circle Plan and Design LLC valued at $500K-$800K, which included additions and build-outs to existing houses.

 Designed upgrades for the preservation of schools in Nassau and Suffolk County, provided construction administration, and liaised between the client and Construction Manager to ensure the proper allocation of budgets for 15 school construction projects valued at $20M-$100M across four districts.
 Created specification writing for the integration of new technologies into pre-war buildings, developed construction documents and project manuals, and coordinated with Historical Preservation societies to propose construction changes and protect the general aesthetic of historical buildings.
 Coordinated with in-house MEP Engineers and Landscape Architects to calculate requirements for new construction and roadways, install fittings for septic and waste systems, and upgrade services.
 Served as the Head of design teams, which included managing five Engineers per project to develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing layouts.
 Served on the Architectural team to upgrade CAD Design programs for the firm and curated a CAD library featuring new technology to ensure all best practices remained up to date throughout the server.
 Designed buildings valued at $200K-$300K and developed custom millwork for projects in coordination with the Millwork Manufacturer.
 Managed a project valued at $100M for Great Neck Schools, which included new windows and doors district wide, extensions for elementary schools, capitol upgrades, new ceiling systems and grids, and preserving existing brick structures at all schools.

 Served as Chief Designer for the construction of the Rye bar in Williamsburg, NY valued at $2.5M, which included initial preparation of drawings, developing a demolition plan, attending client meetings, and implemented design changes, fire suppression systems, access paths, and ADA toilet rooms.
