Experienced in working with LADBS and DSA backcheck corrections and getting RTIs on budget and time constrained projects. Lead the Project for 67th and Main (100% mixed used affordable housing development) and got approval from the City during a very complex post pandemic time. Currently working with LACCD on multiple projects. Being part of a small team, my role and responsibilities varies from making initial conceptual renderings and animations to responding to RFIs as a Construction Administrator.
Work produced in Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Suite and Excel.

• Research for Design Build Studio led by Prof. Charles A Lagreco. Research required learning from all the accredited schools with DBS and how it is instigated, by focusing on 4 main points: Project Typologies, Integration in curriculum, Facilities and Financial Support. The final report is submitted to School Dean with recommendations and proposal for Ideal Design Build integration at USC School of Architecture.

Additionally Renovated 3 branches of MCB Bank in 3 different cities and also Interiors of multiple ongoing projects.

document, 3d visualization, Renderings.

Isbah Hassan and Associates, Lahore, PK, Assistant Architect

• Designed the “Arabian Nights” themed Main Retail Street & 1/4th portion (Carnival) of The Amusement Park (340 Acres), Karachi. A fantasy land illusion was added by innovatively creating the sense of softness, using curvy lines and negating 90 angles. Furthermore, done the Interior renovation of Saudi Pak Main Lobby and residential interior Detailing.
