I have a master degree from University of Miami and LEED green associate certification. I have good graphic skills and good at the architecture design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and 3DS Max. I am a high-motivated person in the work; I can work individually or in a team. In work, I always keep a good attitude and high standard, I think a good attitude can make sure a pleasant working environment and a high standard can provide the best work. 

Currently, I am a junior designer at Urbanica Inc. for a year. The excellent design and graphic skill make sure the work was received high praise from the clients. I have participated in six residential projects in cities of Miami which include house, mid-rise apartment and high-rise apartment. We also working with one of the biggest development company in Miami - Mana, renovate a storage building to mixed-use building and site plan design for two commercial buildings.

Through these and other projects detailed in my resume, I am experienced with construction document, I have finished construction document for two new houses, two restaurants renovation and a 27 stories apartment building renovation by my own and all of them have been approved by the city.
