At Studio V Architecture, I worked on 4 main projects as followed:
Swift & Co.:
Swift & Co. is mixed-use residential project in Jersey city with around 50 residential units, community facilities, and commercial spaces on the ground floor. I worked on massing, façade design, and amenity spaces design. I worked on the project until finishing CD set.
Astoria Waterfront:
Astoria project is a urban scale (rezoning ULURP) project in Queens. I was the only and lead designer on this project with a supervision from my studio director. I created all design drawings as well as ULURP set. I worked directly with my studio director, landscape architect, city planning, and clients on shaping the whole design. I looked into the efficiency of the massing to meet zonings and client’s satisfactory of ZFA and other financial numbers as well as working on the preliminary design of amenity spaces, and façade design.
KaiTak Clubshoue:
KaiTak is a luxurious clubhouse in Hongkong. I was put on SD phase and helped out on the design of the project. I was a lead designer of the façade, and helped out on interior and overall stories and design as well. I created diagrams, drawings, renderings, and presentations.
New Haven Bath-house:
The commission is to renovate the Lighthouse Point Park's bathhouse structure to include program areas, concession, bathrooms and storage as well as dealing with flood re-lated restrictions. The project is still in its schematic design. I helped visualize from plan drawings to be a complete 3D design and model as well as producing renderings.
S3 Architecture LLC, New York, NY, US, Architectural Intern
At S3 Archiecture, I worked on a gut renovation project of a landmark townhouse in upper west side. I got to go to the site, measured everything and draw out the existing condition. I as well worked on the proposed floor plans for a landmark presentation under a supervision of my senior architect.
Populous, New York, NY, US, Architectural Intern
At populous, I worked on MSG sphere project in Las Vegas. I joined the team at SD phase, I produced design diagrams, and drawings, and prepared presentations for client. I also got to help on the prefabrication part of the model.
makeAscene studio, Bangkok, Thailand, Architectural Designer
At makeAscen studio, I worked on 2 main projects as followed:
Quarter31:
Quarter 31 is a luxurious townhome project in Bangkok. I worked on DD phase, I produced plans and section drawings as well as designs of small elements of the quarter 31 complex. In addition, I whole process for Showroom of the Quarter31 project until built.
Mazuma Renovation:
The project is commissioned by a water filter company, who wished to renovate its headquater. At makeAcene, we did a schematic design competition and my design was selected, so I got to work on project and design. I was working directly with my principal. I went on site, measured existing building and create drawings. I as well created proposed drawings design set, and CD set with construction drawing team.
