About 

Rosario Mannino was born and raised in New Jersey.  He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and a Professional Certificate from New York University in Construction Project Management. Eight years after graduating from FAU, Mannino founded the Architect-Led Design-Build company RS|MANNINO Architecture + Construction.  Prior to this, Mr. Mannino worked at Affiniti Architects in Boca Raton, Florida where he worked on numerous award winning and published estate homes.  After leaving Florida he moved back to his roots and joined Palimpsest Architectural Design in Westfield, NJ.  Eager for a new challenge, Mr. Mannino moved on to Summit, NJ where he worked for The Rosen Group as a designer on his passion for residential designs.  After five years of architecture he decided it was time to go back to his other passion, construction.  He worked for phbCatalystgroup in Manhattan.  At Catalyst Mr. Mannino worked as Project Manager on a 30 million dollar hotel renovation in one of Manhattan’s oldest and prominent buildings.  After 2 years of managing the hotel renovation Mr. Mannino moved onto his next level of construction, a 28 story ground up residential building in Brooklyn, NY.  Mr. Mannino was the Project Manager for a 90 million dollar development project where he was part of a talented team in developing project budgeting, buyout of trades, scheduling and finance reporting. Rosario Mannino is a registered architect in New York and New Jersey.  He is NCARB certified, is a member of the United States Green Building Council’s LEED AP certification program and member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art.
