My background is largely weighted in front end design work, conceptual design and the vision: the story behind the design. I also have several years of experience in construction documentation, production and procurement. I'm looking for an opportunity with a company who values ethical practices, trust built relationships and a focus on placing the client and end user first.

I feel that I have the instinctual ability to pick the right players for a winning team, recognizing strengths and efficiency. I believe there is never a linear path.  The best approach is to formulate decisions involves considering all variables and alternative outcomes while responding to stepping stones as opposed to obstacles.
