My name is Danil Arefev. I am 24 years old.
I'm dynamic and ambitious architect I apply for an internship at your company. In 2015 I graduated from the university and got my bachelor degree in architecture. In 2017 I obtained my master degree in urban planning. Architecture and Urban planning is my profession but it's more than that, of course. It is also my great lifelong love and fascination.
Prior to, and since graduating, I have worked 3 years in several respected architectural companies. My professional responsibilities include but are not limited to, prepares plans and renderings, assist in the design process, prepare client presentations, master plans, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings with exceptional quality. Also I can actively perform tasks and deliverables for more than one projects. I possess impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, MapInfo, Microsoft Office, Adobe and other graphics communication programs. In previous jobs I have often been called upon to train juniors and other employees in various computer software. I am comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises.
Direct international experience set in as part of my studies in September 2016 when I took part in the International workshop in Cergy-Pontoise (France) in collaboration with Les Atelier. In this project, as part of an international team, we designed a master plan for the development of industrial sites in the northern region of Ile-de-France. Back in Russia I continued my research and published an article about the redevelopment of industrial areas in my city. In February 2016 I participated in an international workshop in Siberia on Lake Baikal. Where my team won with the project of development of public spaces of the Irkutsk city. This summer of 2017, I spent three months in the US as a student exchange program participant, which helped me improve my English and communication skills.
I’m not a U.S. citizen, but I eligible for a J-1 Visa (1 - 18 month) and I have a sponsor in US, who will be able to assist me in the visa sponsorship process and your company will not have to sponsor my visa.
