As an Architecture student, I have developed strong conceptual and perception skills in the world of Architecture. I belong to Aligarh Muslim University, a Central University that is well established through its historical achievements. Spread over 467.6 hectares in the city of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, it occupies a unique position amongst Universities and Institutions of higher learning in the Country since 1920.
My classes have given me an understanding of the work and importance of Architecture. In my first year, I have zero knowledge about Architecture but time told me the intensive learning knowledge of it . The journey of designing from small Bedroom to the National Aerospace Museum in our course, I discovered a lot of theories and perception to understand the architecture properly. My perspective of designing is
“Architects design the buildings in the section”
“Form and Function both follow ideas and feelings”
I had started writing online in the third year. I think It is the best way to introduce me to the public or in front of the world. My words are the best way to reach out. In Architecture, I am understanding it in the following ways i.e “I am putting my leg on the first step on the Architectural ladder even I am the student of 5th year.” “Architecture is a sphere and I know a dot of it.” I write the articles in Tumblr and LinkedIn and recently,I write the article which describe the need of journalism in architecture or in the curriculum of architecture college :
“ The shadow of Architectural Journalism: A need in B.arch curriculum in India ”
Along with the academic knowledge, I have also gained practical experiences through the internships under various architecture firms in India like Sikka Associates Architects at New Delhi, India and Prakash B. Azad & Associates at Jodhpur as well as Globe Creation at Aligarh. These experiences have given me the background knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge in the field of architecture.
Pranav's Professional Blog on Archinect:
'Architecture' as a 'Thinking'
Architecture is all about thinking. The more you think about the solutions of any architectural problem, the more architectural feelings you will get to design .Thinking depends upon the perception & perception gradually increases with experiences. Just because of acquiring some personal opinion, we architects generally thought some quotes to define the architecture. Here my perspective & my personal quote is " architecture is a shadow ".
I like to create my blog to spread my thinking to world.
