Led own company in providing local and international clients with interdisciplinary solutions in the fields of advertising, IT, architecture, and urban planning. Grew the business from a zero-capital, single-client, start-up to a small boutique company with net annual profits of 25% (of gross profit) and a portfolio of 75 public, private, and NGO clients. Built the systems of the business and managed the in-house creative teams.

Responsibilities as Manager included:

• Setting, implementing, and monitoring the company's mix of services.
• Assessing changing market situations and directing the company accordingly.
• Leading creative teams (architecture, planning, IT, and graphic design) in addition to subcontractors.
• Overseeing client relations, pricing, bidding, contracts, accounting, marketing, and HR.

Responsibilities as Design Director included:

• Preparing strategies for local governments’ urban development projects.
• Leading the design of architectural projects.
• Leading the design and implementation of creative communication solutions.
• Handling relations with the press and advising clients on communication and public opinion issues.
• Presenting work to clients from the private sector and the public sector.
