My name is Ryan Goshea and I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor's of Architecture program at Alfred State College located in Alfred, NY. I am from Hyde Park, New York and currently still reside at home when I am not up at college. I have always been interested in designing, drawing, and building things ever since I was a young child. It all started when I began sketching and drawing ideas of tree houses that my friends and I used to build in the woods when we were all younger. Ever since then, I knew architecture was the perfect career for me to pursue. Over the years I have taken my design ideas and unique outlooks and turned them into a passion for architecture. As I continue to develop, apply skills and knowledge that I have learned in school, I plan on bringing these attributes into the real world with me as well.
Outside of architecture, I enjoy traveling, hiking, snowboarding, watching sports, and have a huge passion for cars! Growing up playing football and baseball, of course I had the dream to go to the pros just like every other kid. Unfortunately due to injuries my career of playing football and baseball ended during my senior year of high school after I had broke both my elbow, and back. I ended up doing about six months of physical therapy to recover fully just to be able to work out and do physical activities again. My family and I love to go on cruises/vacations every summer and we've been to over 15 countries in the Caribbean!
