ADOACERO, SANTO DOMINGO, DOM. REP., 2nd Place
The competition was worked in a team of three people, in which it is based on the design of a Sports and Social Center in the sector La Yaguita del Pastor, Santiago, Dominican Republic, implementing metal structures. The biggest challenge was to be able to build flexible spaces to generate multiple activities in the same area. The topography of the land that was chosen was very uneven, which arise the idea to make the project part of the same landscape. The project serves as a connection between different neighborhoods and favelas, becoming an interactive bridge for the whole area.
