About

I found my love for architecture in its capability to analyze each situation, and apply appropriate design solutions to change and improve existing conditions. Each project becomes unique because of this process.

Over the past +7 years while working in Gwynne Pugh Urban Studio and AC Martin, I have managed several commercial, hospitality, and Higher Education projects from their initial design to completion, most them focused heavily on urban revitalization and encouraged larger social interaction. Both Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn & Suites and projects on CSU-Fullerton are such examples.

Having being disciplined with both design-oriented first firm and PM/CA emphasized training later, I believe that I am equipped to excel in future challenging tasks. I was also fortunate enough to acquire the essential experience in each project phase, especially in agency reviews and client/contractor coordination. I am confident that my accumulated record would not only help me to quickly adept each firm’s design methodology, and also can greatly enrich the already dynamic portfolio in return.
