An architect by profession but considered myself an all-type designer since I have modeled from small pamphlets to large scale UAV. I´ve worked developing a 3D beach house in San Bartolo District in which the client was very satisfied and feeling comfortable with his family around it. It senses to me that architecture, no matter the type of building, it has to make an impact on people or even on a single person, making them feel sensations created by effects on the space.

- Managed two renovation projects and produced an interactive model for a large scale project. Developed As-built, SD, DD, and CD of each project under supervision of senior architect. Arranged meetings with clients, liaised with suppliers, contractors and delivered eng. handoff sets. Reviewed municipal ordinances, appraisers and created Presentation Boards for clients. Optimized the hotel model in partnership with PGAL and built project books for city board meetings.
