▪ Collaborated with the general contractor team of project managers by assessing performance, and collecting useful information regarding project execution, which included a project plan, status, and cost control.
▪ Oversaw the overall project operations, including, producing the technical briefs, proving design requirements and terms, contractual documents, and conveying the growth evaluations, a list of deliverables, client services.

Lead a team of 18 architects whilst groundwork of technical drawings, and delivering technical resolutions for architectural problems. Deliver instructions to architects to develop and implement construction architectural projects, while establishing confidence, ability, and passion. Present and maintain construction working documentation and project status reports to management on regular basis, by ensuring compliance with best standards and quality control procedures.

▪ Developed blueprints in accordance with project requirements, and reviewed completed documentation, BOQs, and calculations for accuracy.

▪ Designed and developed integral tasks in an architect's daily routine, also created building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
