I am currently an architectural designer working in New York City. I am adept at working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing schematic design proposals, producing presentations to communicate design concept, digital and physical modeling rendering, producing working drawings and details, coordinating construction documents, and participating in construction administration under the guidance of a project architect. My organizational skills enable me to easily adapt to varying workflows to be a supportive team member. I have contributed to both the architectural and interior designs of various projects detailed in my resume.
In my current position, I have been exposed to a multitude of projects in various markets ranging from hospitality to mixed-use to residential. My dedication and motivation has allotted me the opportunity to collaborate with different teams and participate in various projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
_Collaborating with the principal, project managers, and other team members on numerous projects at different stages of completion simultaneously, from conception to construction
_Coordinating with clients, engineers, vendors and other consultants to integrate all the disciplines and regulations into the design and resolve conflicts as the project develops
_Conducting project and coordination meetings to ensure the project is progressing steadily
_Participating in DOB meetings to obtain foundation and building approvals
_Producing filing drawing sets and presentations for determinations and approvals from the DOB, FDNY, CCPD, and other departments as required for project approvals and completion

_Generated digital models for the conceptualization and development of projects through all the construction phases and produced renders to demonstrate ideas, express intent, and present design elements to the client
