Patriot Commons at the Glen Condominiums: Glenview, IL (2015)
Patriot Commons is a 73,000 SF podium condominium with 35
Units. Conducted code review, Created construction set, Reviewed
shop drawings, Responded to RFI’s, Issued sketches, and
Coordinated with Project Consultants, Contractors, and Owner.
I was the point person for the sales offices, and trained people on standards for them and reviewed their work before sending it to the site project managers for their review.
Other work included a number of single family and multifamily houses, and clubhouses.

Voorhees Town Center, Voorhees, NJ (2007 - 2010)
Consisted of 11 buildings with 56,000 SF of retail and 387,200 SF of
multifamily residential. Designed units and pool cabanas, Created
construction set, Reviewed shop drawings, Responded to RFI’s,
Issued sketches, Coordinated with Project Consultants and
Contractors.
One Deforest Avenue, Summit, NJ (2008)
Four story commercial building with approximately 66,000 SF. The
project consisted of an existing concrete frame building stripped
to the structure, a new addition, and a two story parking structure.
Conducted code review, Coordinated work for other team members,
Created construction set, Researched materials, Coordinated
with Project Consultants and Owners.
Blackney Hayes Architects, Philadelphia, PA, US, Architectural Designer
Projects included the rehabilitation of 25 row homes in North
Philadelphia, Corporate Interiors, Clubhouses and Schools.
Created schematic design and development, Construction documents,
code review, and survey. Included 3 month survey and documentation of Liberty One in Philadelphia.
Charles Matsinger Associates, Philadelphia, PA, US, Junior Architectural Designer
Responsibilities included construction documentation, cad manager, survey, punch-lists, and construction administration.
Projects Included a number of Pharmaceutical Laboratory additions
and renovations for DuPont Pharmaceuticals, Quest Diagnostics
and NexMed. Other projects included Corporate Interiors and
Commercial Office spaces.
Philadelphia University, Philadelphia, PA, US, Masters, Sustainable Design
The two semester long studio projects used real clients with sites that we interacted with and received feedback from through a series of charrettes and presentations which informed our designs. The teams were responsible for the designing based on community principles and goals using sustainable practices, and for conducting whole building energy modeling, calculating building and site water usage, and solar generation. They were also responsible for documenting how the building met LEED ratings or Living Building Challenge, which ever rating system they had chosen to use.
Mill Creek Arts & Technology Innovation Center
Collaborated with team and client to design 88,000 SF center on
1 acre site in West Philadelphia.
Designed two buildings to meet LEED Platinum, Generated and
Rendered 3d model in Revit, Conducted energy modeling with
e-Quest and Sefaira, Computed solar panel array and Adjusted
EUI, Calculated water loads and savings.
Naval Yard Sustainable Masterplan
Collaborated with team and client to design 80 acre Mustin Park
section of Naval Yard site.
Conducted site inventory and Analyzed site and previous master
plan. Master planned 50 Acre Residential area with multiple
buildings and various landscape features.
