Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules

Preparing architectural details as and when required for execution of works
Assuring that the architect’s design is delivered by the contractor and is responsible for dealing with any on-site design problems that arise
Addressing modifications desired by Client in co-ordination with Design Architect
Assists Project Manager in review and selection of architectural materials are in compliance with approved material submittals. Issues all architectural correspondences
Highlighting any violations to architectural related issues on site
Attending progress review meetings and co-ordination meetings to assist Project Manager in resolving any site issues such as discrepancies in project’s drawings
Providing support to Project Manager/team leader to ensure projects run smoothly in areas of architecture by providing expert knowledge and advice
Liaises with Design Architect on modifications required
Give daily site report and issues that arises on site to Project Manager
