  • Developed and directed strategy for launch of new products; SOVOS and SoPax

Gensler, New York, Project Architect

Managed project NYC code and ADA compliance, and BIM standards for a 220,000 sq. ft., $100 million workspace project which included a 300 person place of assembly space, change of use and occupancy, and new roof accessory space. The project was across two historically landmarked buildings in The Flatiron District.

Managed project team and BIM standards for a 70,000 sq. ft., $75 million restaurant & retail project which included the historic preservation and restoration of original interior and exterior elements, and new building construction. The project included submissions to the NYC Economic Development Corp. & Historic Preservation Committee.

Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP, New York, NY, US, Project Architect

Managed project team and consultants for a full vertical circulation update of the CUNY York College campus, including 6 academic buildings and Academic Core Bldg.

Carried a resilient rebuild project, of a 12 building New York Housing Authority public housing campus, from proposal through construction documentation. The project included design of 60,000 sq. ft. of new wet floodproofed building space, the repair of 10,000 sq. ft. of existing lobby space, and dry floodproofing the existing buildings.

Produced construction drawings and completed construction administration for the resilient and flood resistant rebuild of 34 single family homes in Staten Island, including 3 passive homes with the NYC Build It Back Program, as well as BSA review to allow for rebuilding under NYC Code & Zoning requirements.
