My architectural and design interests are rooted in craftsmanship and in thoughtful material selection. I believe architecture is most successful when considered and rendered with detail level and extreme quality, regardless of scale or medium choice. Attention to detail and respect for quality are driving factors in all parts of my life. I place a high value on exploration of new places and terrains and have developed a sensitivity and desire to both preserve and improve the natural realm in which we exist. I also strive to interact and learn from as many individuals as time will allow. My architectural and design processes both inform and react to my artistic and social endeavors, and I hope that any practice I may become a part of will help to nurture and grow all components of my technical and theoretical skill sets.
