A native of New York, Jonathan is a graduate of the Syracuse University School of Architecture. He is licensed to practice architecture in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and in the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations; he is also NCARB certified, allowing him expedited reciprocity into other jurisdictions when needed. He practices with LLB Architects, located at the Design Exchange in Pawtucket, R.I., where he is an Associate, Senior Project Manager, and the firm's Director of Design Implementation.

He is an active member of the American Institute of Architects' Rhode Island chapter, serving on the Board of Directors as Secretary. Through NCARB, he is a State Architect Licensure Advisor for Rhode Island. He is also a Richard Upjohn Fellow of the AIA.
