About

I'm perusing a serious and rigorous career in architecture. I have a strong artistic background and am attending school to attain more of the technical skill-sets. I am very design oriented and seek to create new, innovative, and sustainable design in the world of art and architecture.

I am a quick paced learner and can adapt to any intensive working environment. My determination and strong work ethic were the byproduct of my academic accomplishments and challenges. Although I have only worked professionally for a short period, I have been working the past 5 years to become a design professional and I have prior work experience of construction throughout high school. I am also trying to receive licensure as an Architect in New York and wish to be able to work with a company that can also benefit from me.

SUNY Alfred State College of Technology, Alfred, NY, US, BArch, Architecture

As a student of architecture and design, my development throughout the years of my Bachelors of Architecture program has allowed me to grow exponentially in terms of productivity, time management; and design intuition, through my Interior Design Associates. This growth is measured by both my resume and portfolio.

Over the course of my college career I had a range of exposure to the different outlets of architecture. The specific avenues that I excelled in were the aspects of creative and abstract design. I treat every design challenge as a puzzle that needs to be solved. Through my study abroad program was exposed to European architecture which improved my understanding and my drawing and photography skills.

My academics allowed me many leadership positions in several organizations and roles. I was able to engage the local community with real solutions and helped to create a comprehensive plan for my own college town. This helped me to become both a leader and a team player through various design charrettes and urban developments throughout junior and senior year.
