I am an Architect with a track record of successful deliveries in complex projects, a practitioner in project management with fifteen years of experience in facility, property management, procurement, contracts, turn-key projects, business continuity plans, and building administration. Implementing a custom blend of methodologies for each organization and project. I believe each project is as unique as the team member with it, involving design, planning, documentation, review and management. Also I have an EPA Universal License and a Certificate from Cooper Union NYC in Building Engineering Systems, Cost Estimation and Revit.
