About 

Neda Kakhsaz is a designer based in the US. She is a graduate from the Pratt Institute School of Architecture in Brooklyn, New York, where her  academic work has been recognized with dean and presidential-level awards. As an undergraduate, Neda was archived and distinguished for various projects.

Neda's work is marked by her keen sensibility and attention to detail and the fundamental belief that design has the power to nurture culture and society. Her projects evolve through the process of thinking and making, each unique to the particular context and program at hand. Her projects and drawings  have received numerous awards and have been in international online and printed publications.

Working on both interior and ground-up architectural projects with a range of program types from residential housing to public theaters. Primarily responsible for drafting and coordinating projects from the Design Development stage to the Construction Documents and Administration stages.

Completed architectural drawing sets including plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and detail drawings for the interior renovation of Té Tea Shop, as well as an interior apartment renovation in New York. Worked on the design proposal for a future surf park on Governor’s Island in New York.
