- Responsible for preparing Schematic design, Design development and Construction documents and specifications as required to meet program goals, code and agency compliance while meeting budget deadlines.
- Provide technical and design experience required to facilitate a productive, innovative and collaborative work environment directing project team members, while ensuring firm procedures and standards are followed.
- Develop precise technical documentations and ensuring quality standard, budget requirements and timelines.
- Review shop drawings, material samples, project specifications essential for the project.
- Perform multiple projects in tandem with focus on Construction Documents.
- Respond to RFIs/RFCs in a timely and accurate manner and attend regular site meetings with Clients, Contractors, Construction Managers in resolving site issues during Construction Administration phase.
- Coordinate and distribute work load to project team members as approved by the Project Architect
- Participate in research and selection of building materials and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment) components required for construction and work with consultants, vendors, product reps, and fabricators to meet overall project objectives
- Assist the Project Architect during the Construction Administration phase by preparing and distributing Bid Documents and Project Specifications to bidding contractors, coordinating and preparing Addendums, Bulletins & Architect Supplemental Instructions.
- Prepare As-built drawings upon completion of the project.
