My name is Pablo García-Landarte. I am a Spanish architect graduated with a MSc in Architecture from the University of Navarra (Spain), one of the best architecture universities in Spain, in June 2015 with High Honors in the Final Thesis and Construction Project Management Specialization Diploma. This place me in a different skill category that is so neccessary in a architecture office. Furthermore my combination of my architecture and construction management qualifications mark the difference from a typical recient graduate because my construction skills are so much integrated.

At the moment, I am working as an Architect at Luciano Moreno arquitectos, an office located in Madrid. I am the responsable of many projects in several things: Collaboration in the development of ideas, schematic design, design development and 3D-renderings, construction documents and construction administration. Recently I design a private school near Madrid and a refurbishment project in a Ski Hotel in collaboration with another architects. The Ski Hotel was designed by a very famous Spanish architect of the twentieth century and it was very interesting the inside alteration of the building in contrast with the overall volume of the project. It is a very dynamic job: apart from designing, I do on-site visits and supervision of works as Project Manager, contact suppliers and clients directly, as well as completing paperwork for licenses and other procedures. I am improving my technical knowledge and learning about the development of projects as a whole.
