From a young age I have found people, their stories and their experiences very intriguing. Experiencing, sharing, and learning more about how people live their everyday lives and interact with the built environment defines my passion to pursue Architecture.
This aspiration stems from my travel experiences and my family’s encouragement to always explore. Thinking retrospectively, I realize that the theme to my architectural understanding is people and society centric. Walking and living in historical cities has made me realize that everything built has a narration of its own,in its own time and space and to cherish it we need to strike the balance and coexist.
I cherish the tangible expression of people’s thinking and beliefs, which is what architecture means to me. Through my work, I intend to maintain the soul and translate my architecture into an experience mirroring and mimicking its context, culture and people it inhabits.
I strongly believe in hard work. My zest to try something new and my belief that anything can be learnt through persistence, has made me enjoy my years of architecture education and profession.
