An internship turn entry-level office position, I managed multiple roles due to the size of the business. As
the purchasing officer, I was responsible for sourcing stock and machined components from local and
Chinese vendors, working with the manufacturing department to monitor and anticipate inventory
needs, verifying the quality of machined components and maintaining office supplies inventory. Additional
tasks included processing, invoicing, and shipping orders. I would occasionally generate digital content
for multiple mediums and manage the company’s social media accounts.
