I am a young and vigorous architectural designer, with over two and a half years of professional experience in various types of projects and extensive experience in high-end single-family residential projects. I am a firm believer that a good architect is a multi-disciplinary one, and will be more than happy to take upon myself different types of projects.

I possess impeccable technical and computer skills, my attention to details and excellent problem solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest standards. I am comfortable working as part of a team, but also have the ability to autodidact and take initiatives if needs be. 

During my previous roles at LM design and Studio-ST, I was responsible for preparing full sets of construction documents and DOB approval sets for high-end residential projects, and acquired a deep understanding of managing timelines, material orders, construction supervision and maintaining client relationships. 

In addition to my expertise in design, I am also proficient with the major CAD software systems, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up. In addition to those, I have a keen eye for graphics and often took it upon myself to create marketing materials using my extensive knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. I have also contributed in integrating renderings into our client presentations (using Rhino and V-ray), which resulted in a 150% growth in sales. These renderings have also resulted in improved client communication during project construction and have been praised by clients for providing “incomparable clarity and direction” during all stages of development.
