EVP and Recruiter for CareerPoint Staffing, specializing in architects, engineers and construction professionals.
In 2010, owner Robin McFadden founded CareerPoint Staffing, recognizing the need for a woman-owned business to identify architects, engineers and construction professionals with compatible sensibilities and match them on a project or permanent basis. I joined Robin and the CareerPoint team in 2013. All of us at CareerPoint truly understand and identify why Millennials, Gen X, and Boomers search for greener pastures. From your first contact you will know what it is like to work with us. We take all applications seriously and will always respond – even when we do not have a job for you immediately. Our employees communicate clearly and consistently throughout the entire recruiting process. We rarely contact you with a job that does not match the right role.
Our management and staff consists of engineering, architectural and technical evaluation capabilities –encompassing over thirty five years of experience. This is why you will not be inaccurately assessed on your qualifications and fit during our interview and portfolio review process. As your representative we will reduce the difficulty of negotiating your salary, title, role, and start date. We strive to take the stress out of job hunting and not knowing which job to apply to. Whether you’re looking for a new challenge, interested in a more flexible work environment, or searching for a position that uses your unique skills, the recruiters at CareerPoint Staffing can help.
