About 

Steven has more than 25 years of experience as a Project Planner, Programmer, and Designer.  He has successfully led the design, planning, and programming of over 5 million square feet of Healthcare and Higher Education projects.  Steven’s experience and insights allows him to understand an organization’s vision, goals, and outcomes.  He has led numerous successful planning initiatives to generate the shared vision and build consensus among stakeholders.  Steven excels at collaborating with the client, user groups, contractors, consultants, and government agencies on projects.

Steven has worked in the healthcare industry for many years so he has a thorough understanding of healthcare trends, issues and concerns, and makes these integral in his upfront thinking and planning.  Whether it is new hospital planning or complex multi-phased renovation, Steven has an excellent track record of keeping projects on budget and in schedule.

Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Kansas, is LEED Certified, and member of the AIA. He is a Registered Architect in multiple states.
