- Maintain major improvements and updates for both buildings totaling 40,000 to 50,000 sq. ft. via CAD and developed facility equipment, electrical and pneumatic plans for a new building in Napa, CA of 10,000 sq. ft.

- Updated/standardized over 200 current drawings to new drawing standards and revised over 500 drawings, while developing approximately 2-3 new engineering drawings in 1-2 days.

- Prepared drawings/3-D models for a prototypical project to raise and lower lights; fabricated a working version for presentation.

- Participant in MAMTC leadership training; managed a project to produce building plans, to improve workflow and maximize existing space, increasing production by six plates per hour/30 percent increase/$7,500 per day (estimated) and with added equipment, improve recovery time on remakes.

- Designed and developed construction drawings for an addition and new construction of a 760 sq. ft. single-family residence, adding about 2,126 sq. ft.

- Manage design and construction drawings for clarity and legibility, coordinating drawings with consultants.

- Conceptualized a 3D visualization of a 100,000-200,000 sq. ft. mixed-use project using SketchUP and designed custom interior partitions and window treatments.

- Prepared CAD drafting and 3D models, contacted vendors/consultants, and conducted research/ documentation.

- Developed residential projects of varying sizes from additions/renovations of approximately 1,000 sq. ft. to new construction of approximately 2,000 sq. ft. and up for client visualization purposes using SketchUP.

- Utilized 3D models as a tool to resolve a multitude of construction conflicts.

- Completed CAD mark-ups/redlines of residential projects for construction drawings, which varied from floor/electrical plans to elevations.

- Completed an addition, including 3D studies, to several single family residences.
