Prepare written communicatins related to design ideas & project documentation
Manage information exchange during construction
• Programming & Analysis:
Perform site analysis and spacial planning studies
Assist owner in developing building program
Establish project design goals
• Project Planning, Design, & Documentation:
Perform building code analysis and documentation
Prepare design options and graphically communicate design ideas for client review
Assist in cost of work estimates
Accurate and timely production of construction documents
• Bidding and Construction Administration:
Assist owner through bidding and permitting
Perform periodic site visits and complete Field Observation Reports
Review construction submitals and shop drawings
