Responsible for the management of medical equipment consultative services for specific projects. Responsibilities include creating equipment room standards based on the facility’s Functional and Space program. Meet with facility staff periodically to determine equipment needs, function and confirmation of equipment program. Integrate any existing equipment inventory to the project equipment program. Develop equipment budget for project. Support the design team by coordinating technical data specifications for project equipment. In addition, manage the procurement services for each project including arranging for equipment information for the client to enhance selection according to need and standardization, competitive bidding, negotiations, and manage delivery of equipment in coordination with scheduled construction completion and occupancy dates.
