1. Synthesis Project | Adaptive and dynamic approaches for passive conditioning of offices in hot climates of India
Developed a web based toolkit for office designers of hot climate by analyzing cases with a three tier approach of biomimetic, vernacular and modern inspiration and formulated recommendations as proof of concept.
2.Building Performance Modelling | Scaife Hall | Revit CEA, eQuest, DesignBuilder-EnergyPlus
Modified the existing building design to achieve around 30 % decrease in energy use by developing simulation models.
3.Net Zero Housing | Low Cost Net Zero Energy Renovation (URA Pittsburgh property) | REM/Rate
Conducted cost effective retrofit analysis by exploring various alternative modifications resulting in 55% energy savings and pushing it to became a net zero house.
4.Climate and Energy | Energy audit of a Pittsburgh residence
Analyzed the existing construction and equipment of the building and made retrofit recommendations for energy savings and cost cutting.
