Neil Pelone Architecture is a full service design, planning, and architectural firm located in the heart of downtown Troy, NY. The firm serves the Hudson Valley from NYC to the High Peaks with a focus on Columbia County, the Capital District, Saratoga and the Adirondacks. Project types include a focus on custom residential, hospitality and all forms of adaptive reuse, and community/master planning projects. This variety helps keep our design sensibility diverse, nimble and novel. 

As a small firm, we aim to provide a level of detail and quality that transforms a project into an architectural experience for our clients. The office cultivates a culture of inquiry, learning, design integrity and quality service while still maintaining a sense of humor. We are an open studio where employees are exposed to a range of responsibilities that build on and challenge individual strengths while cultivating deep understanding and experience in the field.
